Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualifications:
- S.S.L.C. (10th Class Pass)
- Ability to read and write Malayalam and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in judicial-side clerical work in the High Court of Kerala or District Judiciary (including temporary courts).
- Working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Desirable Qualification:
- Experience in digitisation of court records you will be considered an added advantage.
Age Limit
- You must not exceed 65 years of age as on 31 October 2025.
- You are above 65 years you will not be engaged in the project at any stage.
Nature of Engagement
- Engagement is purely temporary and on daily wage basis.
- You will be assigned from the District-wise Resource Pool as per requirement.
- The engagement does not confer any right to permanent employment.
- You may be reassigned to other districts or locations depending on project needs.
Validity of the Resource Pool
- If you are selected you will form a District-wise Resource Pool.
- The pool will serve as a database for manpower deployment throughout the project period.
- Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee appointment; engagement will be based on requirement and availability.
Nature of Work
- Weeding of old judicial records in district courts.
- Data entry and verification of scanned pages and images.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of digitized records.
- You must complete assigned targets within specified deadlines.
- You must be ready to work within available facilities and under project guidelines.
Selection Process
- The selection will be based on interview conducted by the High Court of Kerala.
