Details of Posts

Educational Qualifications

(i) Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification:

• 3 years Diploma in Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Computer Hardware Engineering (full-time regular course)
  from an institution recognized by the Government of Kerala.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Government Departments / Courts / PSUs in IT Technical Support as a full-time onsite tech support professional.
  Work includes in-person hardware / software / networking support and technical troubleshooting.

Desirable:

• 6 months of experience as Technical Support in e-Courts or Judiciary-related projects.

(ii) Data Entry Operator

Essential Qualification:

• 3-year Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Hardware / Electronics
  OR
• Any Degree (full-time) with a certificate in Computer Word Processing / Data Entry Operation from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• One year of working experience in Government Departments / Courts / PSUs in the field of Data Entry / Word Processing / ICT Handling.

Desirable:

• 6 months’ experience in e-Courts or ICT Management / e-Sewa Kendra projects.

Age Limit

You are born within this range are eligible to apply for both posts.

Salary Structure

Salary is consolidated and inclusive of all allowances for contract employees.

Tenure of Appointment

• The appointment will be till 31st March 2026.
• It may be extended based on Government sanction or performance.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of Skill Test and/or Interview.

If the number of applicants is large, a Written Test may be conducted before the Skill Test.

• If you have  writing speed is affected you can avail the service of a scribe by indicating it in your application form.
• 20 minutes of extra time per hour of examination will be given based on a medical certificate.
• Scribe qualification must be one step below the your qualification.

Work Location

• The main posting location is High Court of Kerala, Kochi.
• However, if you are elected you may be temporarily assigned duties across Kerala, including the Kerala Judicial Academy or other project sites under e-Courts initiatives.
