CCRAS has issued its recruitment notification for various Group A, B and C posts under Advt. No. 04/2025.  The total number of vacancies is 394 (comprising all Groups A, B, C) for roles such as Research Officer, Assistant Research Officer, Staff Nurse, Stenographer, LDC/UDC, MTS and others. As part of the examination process, CCRAS will release the Admit Card / Hall Ticket for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for Groups B and C, and for Group A (CBT + Interview). What details will the Admit Card include?

Your admit card will typically contain:

• Your Name
• Registration/Application Number and Roll Number
• Category (Gen/SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

2. You are on the homepage, locate the section labelled “Recruitment / Vacancies / Latest Notices”.
3. You can find the link for “Admit Card / Hall Ticket – Group A/B/C Posts (Advt. 04/2025)” when it is activated.
4. You can click the link and you will be prompted to enter your Application Number / Registration ID and Date of Birth (or password) as prescribed.
5. After entering the required credentials, your admit card PDF will appear.
6. You can download the PDF and print at least one hard copy (A4 size). Keep a digital copy as backup.
7. Carefully verify all details in the admit card: name spelling, roll number, post applied for, category, exam centre, date/time.

Documents to Bring to the Examination Hall

• Printed copy of the Admit Card (in good condition)
• A valid original Photo ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID) plus a self-attested copy.
• A passport size photograph (recent, same as used in application) may be required though photograph is on the admit card.
• Blue/black pen as required (check instructions).
• Stationery as permitted in the instructions.

Dress Code & General Guidelines

• Reach the exam centre at least 45-60 minutes before reporting time to complete formalities such as biometric/identity verification.
• No mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, any prohibited electronic gadgets inside the exam hall.
• Follow instructions of invigilators strictly.
• If there is a shift system (morning/afternoon), ensure you report in your assigned time slot.
• Read all instructions on the admit card and those displayed at the centre.
