2. Diploma Engineering Trainee – Electrical

• 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks

Compensation, Stipend & Salary After Absorption

Training Period: 2 Years

1st Year Stipend

• ₹20,000 per month

2nd Year Stipend

• ₹23,000 per month

Salary After Successful Completion of Training

Upon completing 2 years of training, You may be absorbed as:

Supervisor – TS-1 Grade

Pay Scale: ₹28,000 – 3% – ₹1,10,000

Monthly Emoluments (Approx.)

Annual CTC: approx. ₹8 lakhs

Selection Method

Selection consists of:

Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (80 Marks)

Duration: 90 minutes
Type: MCQ
Sections:

• General Awareness – 5 marks
• English – 5 marks
• Numerical Ability – 5 marks
• Reasoning – 5 marks
• Subject-Based (Mech/Electrical) – 60 marks

No negative marking.

Phase-II: Descriptive Type Test (20 Marks)

Duration: 45 minutes
Type: English Writing Skills

• Technical comprehension
• Grammar & clarity

Final Merit List (100 Marks Total)

Minimum Qualifying Marks

For Unreserved / EWS:

• 50% in Objective Test
• 50% in Descriptive Test

For OBC Reserved Posts:

• 45% in each test

For SC/ST Reserved Posts:

• 40% in each test

If you have  qualify the Objective Test will have your Descriptive Test evaluated.

Certificate Verification

If you have shortlisted after both tests you must provide:

• Original educational certificates
• Age proof
• OBC/SC/ST/EWS certificates
• Declaration (for Govt employees)
• Identity documents

If you have pass certificate verification and are medically fit you will be included in the final rank list.

Service Agreement (Bond)

If you have selected you must execute a service agreement for:

• 5 years after completion of training
• Penalty for violation: ₹3,00,000

You cannot apply for outside jobs or get NOC during training and bond period.
