DY. GENERAL MANAGER – CREDIT MONITORING

Qualification:

  • CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM

Experience:

  • 15 years experience in Banks/AIFIs/lending institutions
  • 10 years in housing finance retail credit appraisal or risk
  • Experience certificate must clearly mention “retail housing credit appraisal”

DY. GENERAL MANAGER – SUSTAINABLE FINANCE

Qualification:

  • CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM
  • Must possess at least ONE certification:
    • Green & Sustainable Finance (CB Institute)
    • Sustainability & Climate Risk (GARP)
    • ESG Investing (CFA Institute)

Experience:

  • 15 years experience
  • Minimum 10 years in credit

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – CREDIT

Qualification:

  • Graduate + CA/CMA/CFA/MBA Finance
  • OR FRM/PRM

Experience:

  • 10 years total
  • 8 years in retail/ corporate/ project finance

ASSISTANT MANAGER – AUDIT

Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant

Experience:

  • 1 year in audit field

ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Qualification:

  • MBA / PGDM / PGDBM

Experience:

  • 1 year in L&D / training in Banks/AIFIs/Govt training institutes

CHIEF INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (Contract)

  • B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA
  • Must have certifications:

  • 10 years in IT/security
