5. Educational Qualification & Eligibility (Post-Wise)

Medical Officer

• MBBS degree from a recognized university

• Minimum 3 years post-internship experience

• Valid State / MCI registration

Gynaecologist

• MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

• Post-graduate qualification mandatory

• Relevant experience preferred

Radiologist

• MD / DNB / Diploma in Radiology

• Experience after PG or 5 years after Diploma

Dental Officer

• BDS degree

• Minimum 3 years experience

• Corrigendum Update: Fixed remuneration revised to ₹25,000 per month (earlier ₹9,500)

Driver

• Class VIII pass

• Valid driving license

DEO / Clerk

• Graduate / Diploma in IT / Networking

• Minimum 3–5 years experience

6. Age Limit (Very Important)

• For Ex-Servicemen: As per ECHS policy

• For Civilian Candidates:

  • Maximum age is the prescribed limit for each post

  • Contract can be renewed up to maximum permissible age

Age is calculated on the date of appointment.

ECHS follows fixed monthly remuneration, not pay scale.
