Educational Qualification Details

1. Young Professional (Law)

  • 3 to 8 years of experience
  • Experience in financial analysis, forensic audit, or regulatory organizations preferred

Monthly fee payable is Rs. 80,000/-.


5. Junior Consultant (Administration)

Applicants must have:

  • PhD/Master’s Degree or MBA in relevant subject
  • Minimum 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience

Salary: Rs. 80,000/- per month.


Opportunity for Retired Government Employees

Retired government employees with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600 (Pay Matrix Level-12) and above, along with at least 10 years of experience in the required domain, are also eligible for engagement as consultants.


Roles and Responsibilities

Consultants in Law

Selected law consultants will perform duties such as:

  • Drafting complaints, petitions, affidavits, and legal documents
  • Appearing before courts and tribunals
  • Assisting investigation officers
  • Providing legal opinions
  • Handling prosecution matters
  • Monitoring developments in corporate law

Young Professionals will assist consultants and investigation teams in miscellaneous legal work.


Consultants in Financial Analysis/Forensic Audit

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing financial statements and company data

  • Preparing financial investigation reports
  • Examining corporate announcements
  • Using statistical and spreadsheet software for data analysis
  • Assisting investigation teams in forensic examinations

Young Professionals will provide basic support in these activities.


Consultants in General Administration

Administrative consultants will work on:

  • Policy-related tasks

  • Coordination work
  • General administration activities

Period of Engagement

The initial appointment will be for 3 years, which may be extended further up to 2 additional years depending on performance and organizational requirements.

However:

  • Maximum engagement period is 5 years
  • Engagement will end earlier if the candidate reaches 65 years of age
  • Performance review will be conducted every six months

Important Terms and Conditions

Candidates must note the following conditions before applying:

  • Engagement is purely contractual
  • Consultants will work full-time
  • No other assignments can be taken during engagement
  • SFIO can terminate engagement at any time without assigning reasons
