Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on merit.

The merit list will be prepared based on:

  1. Marks obtained in ITI/Diploma/Graduation
  2. Preference to candidates residing within 16 km radius of the plant site
  3. In case of tie:
    • Older candidate will be preferred
    • If DOB is same, higher matriculation marks will be considered
