Along with Basic Pay, employees will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), Attendance Bonus, Special Allowance, Transport Subsidy, Medical Facilities and other benefits as per National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA-XI).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Mining Sirdar T&S Grade C

Candidates should possess:

• Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Valid Mining Sirdar Certificate issued by DGMS.

OR

• Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Valid Overman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS.

Additionally, candidates must possess:

• Valid Gas Testing Certificate
• Valid First Aid Certificate

2. Surveyor (Mining) T&S Grade B

Candidates should possess:

• Matriculation or equivalent.

AND

• Valid Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency (SCC)

OR

• Diploma/Degree in Mining or Mine Surveying Engineering

along with the required DGMS Surveyor Certificate.
