Design Posts

For Finance posts, candidates must have passed the prescribed professional examinations. No minimum percentage requirement is specified.

Experience Requirement (PPQE)

Relevant executive-level post-professional qualification experience is mandatory.

Age Limit

Age relaxation will be provided for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, and other eligible categories as per Government rules.

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed in different executive grades based on the post applied for. In addition to Basic Pay, employees will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Facilities, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance, and other admissible benefits as per HAL rules.
