ESIC Advocate Empanelment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should carefully check the eligibility conditions before submitting their applications.
Educational Qualification
The Advocate should possess a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University in India.
Bar Council Registration
The applicant must be enrolled/registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council.
Experience for High Court
Advocates applying for empanelment before the High Court must have at least 10 years of professional/court practice experience in High Court(s) as on 1 July 2026.
Experience for E.I. Court

ESIC Advocate Empanelment 2026 – Tenure
The panel will ordinarily be constituted for a period of three years. Therefore, the notification covers the 2026–2029 period.
However, ESIC may discontinue the panel before expiry for reasons recorded in writing. The existing panel may also continue until the new panel is constituted to ensure that ongoing litigation is not affected.
Selection Process
