RFCL Recruitment 2026 –  Apply Online for 40 Experienced Professional Posts

Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026 for the recruitment of experienced professionals in various departments. RFCL Vacancy 2026 – Post-Wise Vacancy Details

A total of 40 posts are notified under Advertisement No. Rectt/01/2026. The category-wise breakup includes 22 UR, 5 SC, 3 ST, 7 OBC (NCL) and 3 EWS vacancies. Four vacancies are reserved for PwBD candidates as indicated in the notification.

Educational Qualification and Eligibility

The eligibility requirements differ according to the post. Candidates should possess the prescribed educational qualification and relevant post-qualification experience as on the cut-off date.

For Chemical Engineer, candidates should have B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering in Chemical Engineering/Technology with at least one year of relevant experience. Experience in process operations and troubleshooting in hydrocarbon, petrochemical, fertilizer or continuous-process chemical industries is relevant.

For Mechanical Engineer, the required qualification is B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering in Mechanical Engineering/Technology with one year of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machines, static equipment and piping networks.

For Electrical Engineer, candidates need an engineering qualification in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology and one year of relevant experience in HT/LT systems, motors, transformers and protection systems. Experience in 220/440 KV switchyards and relevant supervisory licensing is desirable.

For Materials Officer, candidates need a degree in Engineering in any specialization or a full-time regular MBA in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management or a two-year regular PG Diploma in Materials Management recognized as equivalent to MBA by UGC/AICTE. One year of relevant materials-management experience is required.

For Transportation Assistant Manager, candidates need an Engineering degree or relevant MBA/PG Diploma qualification and three years of experience in transportation activities such as rake handling, railway coordination and dispatch operations.

For HR Officer, candidates require MBA/Integrated MBA or a postgraduate degree/diploma of minimum two years in HRM, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations, with one year of relevant HR experience. An LLB is desirable.

For Officer-Secretarial, a postgraduate degree in any discipline is required, along with one year of relevant executive secretarial experience. Working knowledge of computers, including MS Office, is essential.

For Medical posts, MBBS is required. Candidates applying for Additional CMO and CMO require 11 years and 14 years of relevant professional experience respectively. MD/MS may provide an added advantage.

For Finance & Accounts, candidates applying for Officer, Assistant Manager and Chief Manager positions must meet the prescribed professional qualification requirements. The notification specifies CA, CMA or a two-year MBA with specialization in Finance; dual-specialization or general MBA candidates are not eligible for these posts. The required experience ranges from one year for Officer to 18 years for Chief Manager.

For IT Engineer, candidates require B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Technology or Information Technology, or MCA, with one year of relevant experience in business applications, Oracle/SAP ERP or network management. SAP experience is preferred.

The prescribed educational qualifications generally need to be completed through a full-time regular mode with a minimum of 60% marks, except CA/CMA, from a recognized institution. Part-time, correspondence, distance-learning, online or evening-class qualifications are not accepted for the prescribed essential qualification.

Age Limit

The maximum age varies according to the post and level. The upper age limit for UR candidates is:

• Engineer/Officer posts – generally 30 years
• Assistant Manager – 40 years
• Deputy Manager – 40 years
• Additional CMO – 45 years
• CMO – 45 years
• Chief Manager – 50 years

The eligibility cut-off date for age, qualification and experience is 31 July 2026.

Age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories according to the conditions specified in the notification. SC/ST candidates can receive up to five years of relaxation and OBC (NCL) candidates up to three years against reserved positions. PwBD and other applicable relaxations are also provided as per the notification.

RFCL Salary / Pay Scale

RFCL offers attractive pay scales for the advertised positions. The approximate annual CTC ranges from ₹14.20 lakh to ₹31.95 lakh, depending on the level.

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates may receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances, accommodation/HRA and benefits including medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity, insurance, pension scheme and performance-related pay as per company rules.

The fee is non-refundable and must be paid online. Additional bank processing charges may apply. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM and Departmental candidates are exempted from the application fee.

Selection Process

The selection process begins with scrutiny of the online application and supporting documents. Candidates who satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for a Personal Interview.

If RFCL receives a large number of applications, the company may conduct a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for shortlisting candidates for interview. The CBT may be held in Delhi-NCR and/or other cities in India. No TA or boarding/lodging reimbursement will be provided for appearing in the test.

Candidates must secure a minimum average of 50% marks in the Personal Interview to qualify. In case of a tie, the percentage of marks in the qualifying examination will be considered, followed by date of birth if required.

Selected candidates will also be required to undergo medical examination and verification of certificates, character and antecedents before appointment.
