The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has conducted recruitment for Forest Beat Officer (FBO) and Assistant Beat Officer (ABO) posts under Notification No. 06/2025. A total of 691 vacancies are to be filled — 256 for FBO and 435 for ABO. 

Current Status

• The screening / written exam for FBO & ABO was held on 7 September 2025. 
• The Answer Key was released on 9 September 2025, and objection window was open shortly after.
• The hall tickets / admit cards were released on 29 August 2025 for the screening test. 
• Many sources are now expecting the final result to be declared around 3rd week of October 2025.

2. On the homepage, find the “Results / Notifications” section
3. You can search for “APPSC FBO & ABO Result 2025” link
4. You can click on it; a PDF of your roll numbers or marks list will open
5. You can use Ctrl+F search in PDF to find your roll number
6. You can download and save the PDF for reference
7. If your shortlisted, get ready for the next stage (Mains / Physical Test / Document Verification)

Possible Cut-off & Qualifying Marks

Though not official, based on past trends:

• General / OC / EWS: ~ 40%
• OBC: ~ 35%
• SC / ST: ~ 30%

These are speculative and the actual cut-off will be declared by APPSC.
