Detailed Job Responsibilities of MTS

Primary Duties

1. Physical maintenance of records
2. Carrying files & papers
3. Photocopying, scanning, faxing
4. Diary & Dispatch work
5. Delivering local letters & documents
6. Assisting staff in routine office work
7. Opening & closing rooms
8. Cleaning workspaces & labs
9. Maintaining office cleanliness

Technical / Support Duties

10. Basic IT support like connecting cables
11. Helping with lab arrangement
12. Keeping track of stationery
13. Assisting in research field operations
14. Handling dust-free storage
15. Supporting scientific field teams

Field-Related Duties

16. Movement of field equipment
17. Carrying instruments for field surveys
18. Assisting scientists during field studies
19. Packing/unpacking survey equipment
20. Maintaining field registers

Other General Responsibilities

21. Loading/unloading materials
22. Assisting library operations
23. Helping during seminars & events
24. Cleaning of scientific instruments in labs

Physical Duties

Selection Process

Selection will be conducted in two stages:

Stage 1 – Screening / Trade Test

This is a qualifying test only you are to shortlist for the main examination.
