Eligibility Criteria

Service Eligibility

Eligible officers must be:

  • Officers under Central Government / State Government / UT Administration
  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis

OR

  • With specified years of regular service in lower pay levels as mentioned in the circular

  • Officers with regular service in Level 10
    OR
  • 7 years regular service in Level 9

  • 8 years regular service in Level 8

Educational Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Minimum five years’ experience in any of the following areas:

  • Coordination or implementation of Census or survey activities

  • Administration / Establishment / Financial matters in Government organization
