Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS

OR - Chartered Accountant (CA) – Passing of professional exam is sufficient

Training Period, Stipend & Bond
Management Trainee Phase
- Training Duration: 1 Year
- Monthly Stipend: ₹65,000
Service Bond
- ₹3 lakh bond

- 1 year as Management Trainee
- Minimum 5 years after absorption
Salary After Absorption
After successful completion of training, Management Trainees are absorbed as:
