Educational Qualification

Marketing applicants should possess MBA (Marketing) or equivalent 2-year PGDBM.

Age Limit

Selection Process – Detailed Explanation
The selection process is comprehensive and consists of multiple stages.
Phase 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
The CBT will be conducted for 90 minutes and will consist of 100 questions divided into two parts.
Part I includes General Arithmetic, English Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Aptitude.
Part II consists of Domain-Specific Knowledge related to the discipline applied for.
Minimum qualifying marks:
- General/EWS – 50%
- OBC (NCL) – 40%
- SC/ST/PwD – 35%

Psychometric Assessment

Final Interview

Compensation and Career Growth
Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee for a period of one year.
During training:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹40,000 Basic Pay + DA
- Equivalent to Deputy Manager (E1 Level)
After successful completion of training and passing the evaluation test, candidates will be regularized as Deputy Manager (E1 Grade) with pay scale:
₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
