The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has officially released Advertisement No. 04/2026 for Common Eligibility Test (CET) Phase-II for Group-C posts under various Haryana Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, and Commissions. This recruitment drive is one of the largest Group-C hiring processes in Haryana, conducted strictly as per the CET Policy 2024 (amended in 2025) and HSSC Rules 2025.

The CET Phase-II is meant only for candidates who have already qualified CET Phase-I (Group-C). Through this process, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for skill tests and/or written examinations for multiple Group-C posts.

4. Eligibility Criteria

4.1 CET Qualification

Only candidates who have qualified CET Phase-I (Group-C) conducted under Advt. No. 01/2025 are eligible to apply for CET Phase-II.

Without CET qualification, applications will be rejected outright.


4.2 Educational Qualification

  • Post-wise minimum essential qualifications are provided in Appendix-A

  • Qualifications range from Matriculation, 10+2, Diploma, Graduation, depending on the post

  • Equivalent qualifications are considered provisionally, subject to department verification


4.3 Age Limit

Age limits vary by post and department and are detailed in Appendix-A.
General rules:

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • Maximum age: As per post

Age Relaxation

Provided as per Haryana Government rules for:

  • SC / DSC / OSC

  • BCA / BCB

  • EWS

  • PwBD

  • Ex-Servicemen

  • Haryana Govt. contractual / ad-hoc employees


5. Group-C Posts Covered

9. Reservation Policy

Reservation benefits apply only to Haryana domiciles.

Categories include:

  • SC (DSC & OSC)

  • BCA / BCB (Non-Creamy Layer)

  • EWS

  • PwBD

  • Ex-Servicemen

  • Dependents of Freedom Fighters

Certificates must be issued within specified dates, failing which reservation will not be granted.


10. PwBD (Divyangjan) Provisions

Facilities include:

  • Scribe facility (as per disability category)

  • Compensatory time (20 minutes per hour)

  • Separate guidelines for blindness, locomotor disability, multiple disability, etc.

Candidates must upload valid disability certificates and related undertakings.


11. Documents Required

  • Educational certificates (from Matric onwards)

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Photograph & signature

  • Haryana domicile certificate

  • Category certificates (if applicable)

  • Undertaking (Annexure-VIII)

Failure to upload documents will lead to rejection at scrutiny stage.

No corrections are allowed after final submission.
