Job Description (Executive Role)
The Executives will work as field officers responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and business generation under IPPB’s network in collaboration with the Department of Posts.

You can achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through direct sales of IPPB products and services.
You can organize customer acquisition drives and financial literacy campaigns.
You can train and support GDS colleagues on IPPB banking products.

Tenure of Engagement
The engagement period will be 1 year initially, extendable up to 2 more years based on satisfactory performance and IPPB’s business requirements.
After each engagement cycle, a mandatory 2-year cooling-off period will apply before a GDS can reapply for any IPPB engagement.
Unsatisfactory performance for two consecutive reviews can lead to repatriation to the parent department.
Selection Process
Merit-Based Shortlisting:
Selection will primarily depend on the percentage of marks in Graduation.
You must enter your marks accurately (up to 2 decimal places).
You can rounding off is not allowed.
Tie-Breaker Rules:
If two candidates have the same graduation percentage → seniority in DoP service will be considered.
If service seniority is also equal → older candidate (by DOB) will be selected.
Document Verification:
If you are shortlisted you must produce:
Vigilance clearance from the divisional head.
Details of any penalties in the last 5 years.
Proof of graduation marks and service details.
Online Test (if conducted):
IPPB reserves the right to hold a Written/Online Examination if applications exceed expectations.

Posting and Work Locations
You will be posted only in the banking outlet (circle/state) for which they apply.
They cannot apply for more than one location.

Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or indiscipline may lead to repatriation or disqualification.
Absence from duty without authorization will lead to immediate disengagement from IPPB.
