IndianOil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Fortune “Global 500” company and India’s largest commercial enterprise, has released Advertisement No. IOCL/MKTG/NR/APPR/2025-26/2 inviting online applications for the engagement of Trade, Technician and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for its Marketing Division – Northern Region.
This recruitment is part of IOCL’s flagship Skill Building Initiative for the Nation and provides structured apprenticeship training across multiple technical and non-technical trades in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand.

Stipend Details
IOCL offers stipend as per Apprentices Act, plus extra benefits:

Educational Qualification
Trade Apprentice
- Matric (10th) + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT / SCVT).
Technician Apprentice (101–106)
- 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / EEE / Electronics with
- 50% marks (UR/OBC/EWS)
- 45% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
Graduate Apprentice (112)
- Regular full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum required marks.
Data Entry Operator – Fresher (113)
- Class 12th pass (below graduate).
Data Entry Operator – Skilled (114)
- Class 12th + Skill Certificate of Domestic Data Entry Operator under NSQF.

Selection Methodology
- No Written Test / Interview
- Selection based on Merit List prepared using:
- Percentage of marks in prescribed qualification.
- If tie:
- Older candidate preferred.
- If DOB same higher matric marks.
Preference will be given to candidates applying for apprenticeship for the first time.
Period of Training
- 12 Months Apprenticeship Training
No obligation for permanent job after completion.
