Educational Qualifications

Deputy Manager (Human Resources)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.

• Full-time MBA or Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare.

• Recognized by UGC/AICTE.

Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks.

• MBA (Finance) / Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Financial Management / Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CFA.

• Recognized by UGC/AICTE or professional bodies.

Deputy Manager (C&MM – Contracts & Materials Management)

• Engineering Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.

• Full-time MBA / PG Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management.

• Recognized by AICTE/UGC.

Deputy Manager (Law)

• Full-time LLB (60% marks) from a recognized university.

• Must be registered with Bar Council of India or State Bar Council.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal matters such as contract law, civil law, or company law.

Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

• Master’s degree in Hindi or English with English/Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at graduation.

• OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects.

• Diploma/Certificate in translation (Hindi ↔ English) OR 2 years’ experience in translation work in a reputed organization.

Salary Structure

Additional Allowances

• Dearness Allowance (DA) – 55% of Basic Pay (as per Jan 2025 rates)

• House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Quarters

• Transport Allowance

• Professional Update Allowance

• Children Education, Medical, LTC, Newspaper & Mobile Reimbursement

• Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension, Group Insurance, and Medical Benefits after retirement

Age Relaxation

Selection Process

For Deputy Manager Posts:

Selection will take place in two stages:

Stage 1 – Online Test

• Duration: 120 minutes

• Total Questions: 120

• Part I: General Aptitude (50 Questions)

  • Quantitative Aptitude

  • Reasoning

  • Ethics in Public Service

  • English Language

  • General Knowledge

• Part II: Professional Knowledge (70 Questions)

  • Based on relevant discipline syllabus

• Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, -0.25 for wrong answer

• Qualifying Marks: UR – 40%; Reserved – 30%

Stage 2 – Personal Interview

• Interview Marks: 100

• Qualifying Marks: UR – 60%; Reserved – 50%

• Final Merit = 50% Written Test + 50% Interview

For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT):

Stage 1 – Preliminary Exam

• Objective-type (50 Questions, 150 Marks)

• Subjects:

  • General Hindi – 20 Qs

  • General English – 20 Qs

  • General Knowledge / Reasoning / Quant – 10 Qs

• Negative Marking: 1 mark per wrong answer

• Duration: 1 hour

Stage 2 – Descriptive Test

• Duration: 2 hours

• 150 Marks

• Topics:

  • Paragraph Translation (Hindi ↔ English)

  • Synonyms/Antonyms

  • Essay Writing

  • Precise Writing

Final Merit List

• Based solely on Descriptive Exam (Stage 2) marks.
