Engagement for all posts will be purely contractual for two years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.

1. Senior Correspondent

• Number of Posts: 2 (1-Ranchi, 1-Hyderabad)
• Tenure: 2 years
• Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 (Negotiable)
• Qualification:
  • Degree from a recognized University/Institute with a PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication or equivalent,
  • OR a Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in the concerned regional language is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field.
• Age Limit: Below 45 years.
• Duties: You are covering complex stories, writing, editing, producing reports, and other editorial assignments.

2. Anchor-cum-Correspondent Grade-II

• Posts: 7 (Chennai-2, Bengaluru-2, Mumbai-1, Hyderabad-2)
• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000
• Qualification:
  • Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm./Visual Communication/Anchoring,
  • OR Degree in Journalism/Mass Comm./Visual Communication.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Camera-friendly presence, clear voice, correct pronunciation, good knowledge of current affairs, and digital media skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years.
• Duties: You are news presentation, live reporting, scripting for TV/digital, conducting interviews, and producing exclusive programs.

3. Anchor-cum-Correspondent Grade-III

• Posts: 10 (Various RNUs – Ranchi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Shimla)
• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
• Qualification: Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm./Visual Communication.
• Experience: At least 2 years in relevant field.
• Age Limit: Below 30 years.
• Duties: You are reporting, scripting, editing, and handling digital content for programs and bulletins.

4. Bulletin Editor

• Posts: 4 (Ranchi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad)
• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
• Qualification: Degree with PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in relevant field.
• Age Limit: Below 45 years (up to 50 years for long-serving casual assignees).
• Duties: You are editorial direction, news bulletin preparation, visual editing, and managing content for special programs.

5. Broadcast Executive

• Posts: 4 (Ranchi & Shimla)
• Salary: ₹30,000
• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Radio/TV Production from recognized institute.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years (10 years relaxation for long-serving casuals).
• Duties: You are program production, live broadcast management, and technical coordination.

6. Video Post Production Assistant

• Posts: 2 (Chennai & Hyderabad)
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
• Qualification: Diploma in Film & Video Editing or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, FCP.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years.
• Duties: You are editing and producing video content for telecast with post-production quality control.

7. Assignment Coordinator

• Posts: 3 (Chennai, Mumbai, Shimla)
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
• Qualification: Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm.
• Experience: 5 years minimum.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years.
• Duties: You are planning coverage, assigning correspondents, managing live inputs and news operations.

8. Content Executive

• Posts: 8 (Ranchi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Shimla)
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
• Qualification: Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media or content creation.
• Age Limit: Below 35 years.
• Duties: You are writing news for web/social media, creating visual content, and managing digital engagement.

9. Copy Editor

• Posts: 7 (Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad)
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
• Qualification: Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Comm.
• Experience: 3 years.
• Age Limit: Below 35 years.

10. Copy Writer

11. Packaging Assistant

• Experience: Minimum 1 year.
• Age Limit: Below 30 years.

12. Videographer

• Posts: 5 (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Shimla)
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
• Qualification: 10+2 with Diploma/Degree in Cinematography/Videography.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years.
• Age Limit: Below 40 years.
• Duties: You are operating video cameras for TV production, studio shoots, and field coverage.

Terms & Conditions

• Engagement is purely contractual, with no claim for permanent employment.
• You are work is full-time, and multiple assignments may be given.
• Your performance review will be conducted annually for extension.
• Either party may terminate the contract with one month’s notice.
• No TA/DA will be provided for tests or interviews.
