1. Assistant Engineer (E&M) – E2 Grade

• Total Vacancies: 23
• Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month
• Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Regular), or
  • AMIE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  • Degree must be from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions
• Experience:
  • 3 years or more service in any capacity in NCWA cadre as on date of circular
• Additional Notes:
  • If you are  acquired qualification while in service must you have obtained proper NOC
  • Local & Non-local reservation rules apply

2. Assistant Engineer (Civil) – E2 Grade

• Total Vacancies: 04
• Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month
• Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Regular), or
  • AMIE in Civil Engineering (approved by UGC & AICTE)
• Experience:
  • 3 years or more service in NCWA cadre

3. Junior Executive (E&M) – E1 Grade

• Total Vacancies: 33
• Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month
• Qualification:
  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Regular mode)
• Experience:
  • 5 years service in T&S Grade A
• Reservation:
  • Includes OC, BCA, BCB, BCD, BCE, SC, ST, and Local categories

4. Junior Executive (Civil) – E1 Grade

• Total Vacancies: 06
• Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month
• Qualification:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from institutions approved by UGC & AICTE
• Experience:
  • 5 years service in T&S Grade A

5. Junior Scientific Officer – E1 Grade

• Total Vacancies: 16
• Basic Pay: ₹40,000 per month
• Qualification:
  • Option 1: M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 3 years experience in “C” grade or above as Chemist/Technical Inspector in SCCL
  • Option 2: B.Sc. (Chemistry) with 5 years experience in “C” grade or above

Important Instructions for Internal Candidates

1. Only Internal SCCL Employees Can Apply

This recruitment is strictly for employees already working within SCCL.

2. No Age Limit

There is no age bar for internal candidates.

3. Local vs Non-local Status

You must submit Study Certificates (Class 1–7) or Residence Certificates to establish local status.
