Vacancy Details

The notification includes empanelment of advocates in various categories. Separate panels will be prepared for:

  1. Criminal Panel
  2. Civil Panel

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

Educational Qualification

Candidates must be enrolled advocates recognized under the Advocates Act, 1961 and registered with the Bar Council.

Experience Requirement

Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of continuous legal practice as an advocate on the last date of submission of the application.

Professional Requirements

The advocate should:

  • Possess sound legal knowledge.
  • Have professional competence and integrity.
  • Be willing to provide legal aid services.
  • Have experience in handling matters independently.

Required Case Experience

Duties of Panel Lawyers
