The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through its Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), has released the Paid Internship 2026 Notification for engineering and science students. About DRDO SSPL
Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is one of the premier laboratories under DRDO. The laboratory focuses on advanced semiconductor materials, compound semiconductors, MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes, acoustic sensors, infrared sensors, nanotechnology, device fabrication, and electronic circuit design.

Only last semester students are eligible to apply.
Internship Duration
The internship will be conducted for
