JKSSB Recruitment 2026 Eligibility
1. Domicile
Candidates applying for the advertised posts must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
A valid J&K Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority must be available on or before the cut-off date, which is 09 October 2026, unless the closing date is extended by the Board.

For OM candidates, the prescribed birth-date range is from 01 January 1986 to 01 January 2008, while the other listed categories generally have a maximum age of 43 years.

- Junior Laboratory Assistant: Graduate with Science; preference is given to candidates with a relevant postgraduate diploma in professional laboratory course.
- Supervisor: Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognised University or Board.

For Horticulture posts, the required training certificate must be issued by a recognised government/statutory/recognised institution as specified in the notification.

JKSSB Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process is primarily based on the Written/OMR Examination.
