BHEL Trichy Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 –  Apply Online for 530 Graduate, Technician & Trade Apprentice Posts

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Trichy has released separate apprenticeship notifications for the 2026-27 training year for Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentices and Trade Apprentices. Candidates should have passed High School and completed the required Diploma as a regular full-time candidate from a Government-recognized institution.

• Minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates.
• Minimum 50% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• The full-time Diploma should have been completed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Distance Learning, Part Time, Correspondence and Sandwich courses are not considered.

Educational Qualification – Trade Apprentice

Candidates must have passed High School and ITI as a regular full-time candidate from an NCVT/SCVT-recognized institute.

For all trades except Welder, the notification specifies that an NCVT/SCVT certificate is required. Candidates who completed ITI through Distance Learning, Part Time, Correspondence or Sandwich courses are not considered.

Other Eligibility Conditions

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in another establishment under the relevant Apprentices Act are not eligible.

Candidates having one year or more work experience are also not eligible. Selected candidates must satisfy the prescribed minimum physical standards under the applicable apprenticeship rules.

For the Graduate Apprentice notification, candidates who have completed Post Graduate qualification are also not eligible according to the notification.

BHEL Apprentice Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly consolidated stipend during the apprenticeship training period.

The Graduate Apprentice notification specifies ₹12,300 per month, while the Technician Apprentice notification specifies ₹10,900 per month. The Trade Apprentice notification gives the trade-wise stipend amounts shown above.
