The Common Recruitment Process (CRP CSA-XVI) is conducted by IBPS to recruit eligible graduates for Customer Service Associate posts in participating Public Sector Banks. Candidates qualifying in the Preliminary examination will be shortlisted for the Main examination, and the final allotment will be made based on Main examination merit and vacancies reported by participating banks.

The pay scale is:

₹24,050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480 along with DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits and other admissible allowances.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions prescribed by IBPS before applying online. Merely qualifying in the examination does not guarantee appointment, as the participating bank will verify all eligibility documents during the recruitment process.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. They should possess a valid mark sheet or degree certificate on or before the prescribed date mentioned in the notification.

Nationality

A candidate must be:

• Citizen of India
• Subject of Nepal
• Subject of Bhutan
• Tibetan Refugee (before 1 January 1962)
• Person of Indian Origin from specified countries with Government eligibility certificate

Candidates should have been born between 02 August 1998 and 01 August 2006 (inclusive).

Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

Candidates provisionally allotted to participating banks may be required to qualify the Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) if they have not studied the specified local language in Class 10 or Class 12.

Failure to qualify the LLPT may result in cancellation of the provisional allotment.
