1. Specialized Branch Managers (Officer Grade II)

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum Second Class in graduation.
• Must have passed the JAIIB Examination.

Experience

Applicants must possess:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Experience as Branch Manager at Officer Level in:
  • Commercial Banks
  • District Central Cooperative Banks
  • Urban Cooperative Banks

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 45 Years

Salary

The bank may offer higher remuneration based on qualifications and experience.

2. Managers (Contract Basis)

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum Second Class.
• Must have passed CAIIB Examination.

Experience

Candidates should have:

• 10–12 years of banking experience.
• Experience at Senior or Middle Management level.
• Experience in:

Age Limit

MSC Bank Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of:

Step 1: Application Screening

Service Bond for Specialized Branch Managers

• Pay ₹10 lakh as damages in case of breach of service agreement.
• Submit surety bonds from two income-tax payees.

Contract Period for Managers

For Manager (Contract) positions:

• Initial contract period: 1 Year
• Extension possible up to 5 Years based on performance.
• One month’s notice required for termination by either side.

• English
