IT Officer – Scale-I

Candidates should possess BE/B.Tech, M.Tech/ME or MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication or Data Science with at least 60% marks. Relevant technical knowledge and programming/database skills are specified in the notification. One year of relevant experience is desirable.

Data Scientist/Data Analyst – Scale-I

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field with at least 60% aggregate marks is required. One year of experience working with large databases as a Data Scientist/Data Analyst in a Bank, NBFC, FI or Fintech is desirable.

Civil Engineer/Architect – Scale-I

Candidates should have BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with at least 60% marks. One year of experience in construction, maintenance or project management in the banking/NBFC/FI/Fintech sector is desirable.

Manager-Credit – Scale-II

Candidates should have a regular full-time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in MBA Finance. Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA or CFA are an added advantage. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the Credit Department or handling credit portfolios in a Bank, NBFC, FI or Fintech is mandatory.

Manager-Law – Scale-II

Candidates must have a regular full-time LLB degree and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council. A postgraduate degree in Law is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Officer in the banking/NBFC/FI/Fintech sector is mandatory.

Manager-Risk – Scale-II

Candidates should have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in MBA Finance or a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Econometrics. Relevant risk-management certifications are preferred. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience as a Risk Officer is mandatory.

Manager-Company Secretary – Scale-II

Candidates should be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Degrees or qualifications such as LLB, CA, ICWA, CMA or FRM are desirable. A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience working as a Company Secretary in a Bank, NBFC, FI or Fintech is mandatory.

Manager-Security Officer – Scale-II

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. They must have at least 5 years of experience as an officer in the Indian Army, Navy or Air Force at or above the rank of Captain, or at least 5 years as an officer in a paramilitary organization at or above the rank of Deputy Commandant.

Senior Manager Posts – Scale-III

For Senior Manager-Credit, candidates require a graduate degree and a postgraduate degree in Finance, with professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CS, ICWA or CFA being desirable. At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in credit operations or credit portfolio handling is mandatory.

For Senior Manager-Treasury, candidates need graduation along with a two-year postgraduate qualification such as MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with Finance specialization, or a Master’s degree in Statistics/Economics, along with at least 5 years of relevant treasury experience.

For Senior Manager-Forex, candidates need graduation and a two-year MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM in Finance, International Business or Trade Finance, with at least 5 years of relevant experience involving currency markets, forex and trade finance.

For Senior Manager-Law, candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrollment as an Advocate with the Bar Council, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Officer.

Salary / Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be appointed in different scales depending upon the post.

The notification also states that selected candidates in Grade/Scale-I, II and III have to execute an indemnity bond of ₹3 lakh for a period of two years with two sureties.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of an online written examination followed by a personal interview. Candidates who qualify in the online written test will be called for the interview. Final appointment will be subject to selection and medical fitness.
