3. Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) – Diploma
For Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) Diploma posts, candidates must possess a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution of Engineers for the specified purpose.
Candidates appearing in the final year of the prescribed qualification can apply, but they must obtain the required qualification by the date of the recruitment examination.
Age Limit
The age calculation is based on 1 January 2027. According to the notification, the candidate must have completed 18 years of age and must not have attained 40 years of age on 1 January 2027, subject to the applicable relaxation provisions.
