Selection Process

Hostel Welfare Officer Grade-II

According to Brief Notification No. 25/2026, the written examination will consist of a single-level examination, and no separate screening test will be conducted, irrespective of the number of applications received.

The examination will be held in Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) mode. Normalization may be applied if the examination is conducted in multiple sessions, wherever considered necessary and applicable.

Assistant Social Welfare Officer and Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer

Brief Notification No. 26/2026 also specifies a single-level examination without a separate screening test, irrespective of the number of applications received.

The examination will be conducted in CBRT mode. Normalization may be applied when required for examinations conducted in multiple sessions.

Computer Proficiency Test

Both notification annexures include a Computer Proficiency Test scheme covering office automation and associated software.
