The eligibility criteria must be satisfied as on 01 September 2026. Educational qualifications must be obtained from a recognized university, institution or college as specified by the Bank.
1. Wealth Executive Eligibility
For the Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I) post, candidates must have:
- Graduation in any discipline, and
- Any one valid certification from the following:
- IC 38 from Insurance Institute of India
- NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification Examination
- NISM Series V-D: Mutual Fund – Specialised Investment Fund Distributors Certification Examination.
The preferred qualification is a two-year full-time postgraduate degree/diploma in Management or MBA in Finance/Marketing/Banking.
Candidates should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of wealth products with leading Public Sector Banks, Private Sector Banks, Foreign Banks, Broking/Securities Firms, Asset Management Companies or Wealth Management Companies in India.

2. Credit Analyst – C&IC Eligibility
For the Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II) post, candidates must have:
- Graduation in any discipline, and
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
The mandatory experience requirement is a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Corporate Credit is preferred.

JMG/S-I – Wealth Executive
The pay scale starts at ₹48,480 basic pay, with subsequent increments as prescribed, extending up to ₹85,920 in the stated scale.
MMG/S-II – Credit Analyst
The pay scale starts at ₹64,820 basic pay, with subsequent increments extending up to ₹93,960 in the stated scale.
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances and other benefits according to applicable banking-sector settlements and Bank of Baroda policies.
The selected candidates will also be on 12 months’ probation from the date of joining.

Wealth Executive
The Wealth Executive will primarily work in business development and wealth-management activities. Responsibilities include acquiring new affluent, HNI and UHNI customers, managing customer portfolios, increasing product penetration, promoting digital wealth services and maintaining regulatory compliance.
The role also involves mutual fund and SIP mobilisation, life and health insurance business, wealth-product penetration and customer relationship development.
Credit Analyst – C&IC
The Credit Analyst role involves credit appraisal of existing and new corporate customers, coordination with Relationship Managers, maintaining corporate accounts, ensuring compliance, supporting corporate business development and handling audit and inspection activities.
