HPCL invites online applications from eligible Engineering Graduates for one-year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering

HPCL Graduate Apprentice Selection Process 2026

The selection of candidates for the HPCL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026 will be completely merit-based. There is no written examination for this apprenticeship engagement.

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Application Screening

• Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria.
